I didn't like the bathroom

Very handy for the metro - best to get off at Anjos and walk downhill. Nice to have a balcony and fab views from the terrace. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid - a selection of pastries and bread and even fresh fruit.

The bed was rock hard. Neither of us slept properly for the two nights we stayed. There were only two pillows in the room and when I asked for two more, the receptionist was only able to provide one. The bed sheet and cover were for a single bed, not a double so it was fortunate that it wasn't a cold night.

The stay was absolutely very very good. The venue was good value, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic so close to all major attractions, and metro, bus and shops. The staff were efficient, the room was lovely modern and soundproof with decent views, complimentary coffee, a balcony. The breakfast was savoury with a relaxed atmosphere and the local pastries, as for instance and had something for everyone.

Bare boards in bedroom, not even a bedside rug. Curtains open onto a rundown tenement slum. Area full of low class immigrants and drunks, streets dirty and full of litter. Virtually nowhere to eat out nearby

This place is good, and has excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a comfortable bar/lounge area. During my first stay, the staff even helped me find a car service, nice. I highly recommend this place and will return for Christmas.

Close enough to the center of the city, clean and super ok for a business trip

The room was big and had also a balcony all around the room. Because we booked over Booked.net we were given the best rooms. The personal was very friendly and very helpfull. It stays 10min walking from downtown. In the 7th floor there is

The breakfast was served in -1 in a very simple room without windows, I know that in the past it was not served there so I hope it was only temporary...

The room was comfy but not too big. The toilet was nice, and the hotel staff cleaned the room every day. The hotel has a good location, it's located about 15 minutes by foot form the city center. Overall, highly recommended for couples or single travelers who prefer budget friendly hotels before luxurious ones.

I loved how spacious the Double Room was, with a comfy bed. The daily room cleaning service was spot-on, always returning to fresh towels and a tidy space. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the metro!

Room sizes feel cramped and awkward!!! Thin walls lead to noise issues from neighbors!!! A bit more attention to plumbing needed to prevent unpleasant odors!!!

Современный отель с новой мебелью, вай-фай, балконом и приветливым молодым персоналом. Поставил 9 из 10 только за завтрак - имеются только кофе с плюшками, бывает и получше, но бывает и хуже. Можно сразу буковать и не мучаться с поисками. PS. There is a large supply of botllescrew on reception for port wine lovers.
